摘要 针对承钢烧结脱硫塔利用反渗透浓盐水脱硫后,除尘废水对设备设施腐蚀严重问题,重新优化除尘废水。通过消耗浓盐水,减少浓盐水进入污水处理系统,提高污水厂出水水质,最终提高各泵循环水运行倍率,降低吨钢新水消耗。 To solve the problem of dust - removing waste water having a serious corrosion to the equipments in reverse osmosis strong brine desulfurization in sintering desulfurization tower, the dust- removing waste water is optimized again. With consuming strong brine, reducing it entering waste water treatment system, improving outlet water quality from the waste water treating plant, at last the operation rate of circulating water in various pumps, new water consumption per ton of steel reduced.
