红花注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤组织TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10水平的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Safflower on energy metabolism after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats

摘要 目的探讨红花注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)和IL-10水平的影响。方法 64只健康雄性SD大鼠随机均分为假手术组、模型组、红花注射液4 m L/kg组、红花注射液2 m L/kg组4组,每组16只大鼠,采用改良的Zea-Longa线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,并根据分组进行相应的干预处理,然后采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10水平。结果与模型组比较,红花注射液4 m L/kg组、红花注射液2 m L/kg组大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1β水平明显降低,而IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05)。与红花注射液4 m L/kg组比较,红花注射液2 m L/kg组大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1β水平明显升高,而IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液能够减少大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织促炎因子的表达,增加抑炎因子的表达,从而减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤。 Objective To investigate the effect of Safflower on tumor necrosis factor -α ( TNF -α), interleukin - 1β ( IL - 1β) and IL - 10 after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Sixty - four healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group had 16 rats: the sham operation group, the model group, the safflower 4 mL/kg group and the Safflower 2 mL/kg group. After the commensurate treatment in the four groups, Zea - Longa thread block method was used to establish the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model in rats, and and ELISA method was used to detect the cerebral TNF -α, IL - 1 [3 and IL - 10 levels in rats of all the groups. Results The cerebral TNF - α and IL - 1βlevels in the safflower 4 mL/kg group and the safflower 2 mL/kg group were lower than those in the model group, and the cerebral IL - 10 level was higher than that in the model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The cerebral TNF -α and IL - 1β levels in the safflower 2 mL/kg group were higher than those in the safflower 4 mL/kg group, and the the cerebral IL - 10 level was lower than that in the model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Safflower can increase the proinflammatory cytokine levels and decrease anti - inflammatory cytokine levels after cerebral ischemia reperfusion inju- ry in rats, and can lighten cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
