青光眼术后并发白内障临床治疗分析

目的分析青光眼术后并发白内障的临床治疗方法及效果。方法搜集2014年1月—2015年1月收治的青光眼术后并发白内障72例,按照不同治疗方式进行分组。白内障囊外摘除术组,共36例;超声乳化白内障摘除术组,共36例。观察比较两组疗效。结果两组比较,超声乳化白内障摘除术组视力改善明显较优(P<0.05),治疗后22例视力>1.0,白内障囊外摘除术组仅为14例;治疗有效率明显较高(P<0.05),分别为94.44%、80.56%;角膜内皮细胞计数较高(P<0.05),分别为(1798±728)个/mm2、(1602±693)个/mm2,差异显著。结论青光眼术后并发白内障采用超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗,疗效可靠,值得推广。

There is significant difference. Conclusion Glaucoma postoperative cataract surgery using phacoemulsification cataract treat- ment, effective and reliable, worthy of promotion.
