EGFR和CEA及P53在胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系

摘要 目的研究EGFR、CEA和P53在胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2012年10月—2014年9月收治的胃癌患者104例,将手术切除的胃癌标本104份作为研究组,另随机抽取54例胃癌患者的切缘正常组织54份作为对照组,观察EGFR、CEA和P53的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 EGFP、CEA、P53表达均与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移有明显关系;EGFP的表达、P53蛋白表达与胃癌的病理分期有明显关系;EGFP的表达与胃癌的分化程度有明显关系。结论胃癌患者的EGFR、CEA和P53均有表达,可以对EGFR、CEA和P53联合检测,从而能有效诊断、治疗胃癌并且能评估胃癌患者的预后效果。 Objective To research the relation of the expression of EGFR, CEA and P53on the gastric cancer tissue and the clinicopathologic feature. Methods To select 104 parts of patients with gastric carcinoma at our hospital from October, 2012 to September, 2014 that as the treatment group. In addition, to collected 104 parts specimens of gastric cancer that exairesis as the treatment group, and to randomly collect 54 parts as the control group of the normal structure of the specimen by incisal edge of the patients with gastric carcinoma. To observe the relation of the expression of EGFR, CEA and P53on the gastric cancer tissue and the clinicopathologic feature. Results There was the evident association of the expression of EGFR, CEA and P53 and depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis. They had the evident association of the expression of EGFR, P53 and the pathological stage of gastric carcinoma. The expression of EGFR was obvious related with the differentiated degree of the gastric carcinoma. Conclusion There have the expression of EGFR, CEA and P53, and able to joint detection of the EGFR, CEA and P53, so that to effective diagnose, treatment of the gastric carcinoma and able to assess the prognosis effect.
