摘要
利用粒径为0-5mm的钢渣细集料制备混凝土,探讨钢渣细集料掺量对混凝土(C20、C50和C80)力学和抗冲磨性能的影响。结果表明:细颗粒钢渣集料含有一定的孔隙率,当其替代天然砂配制混凝土,能使骨料和水泥石之间界面区域粗糙度增大,甚至出现不同深度的凹凸面,能起到"锚固"的作用,尤其以孔径大或贯穿时较为显著。混凝土的抗压强度和抗耐磨强度随着钢渣细集料掺量的增加呈线性增长关系。当钢渣掺量为30%时,细集料钢渣对C20、C50和C80混凝土的增强效应度分别为29.7%、25.1%和23.0%。C80抗冲磨强度的增强效应度约为C50的88.6%。
The steel slag particles of 0 - 5ram were used to prepare steel slag fine aggregate concrete and to analyze the mechanics and abrasion resistance of C20, C50 and C80 concrete with steel slag fine aggregate. The results showed that: pore rate of fine steel slag aggregate were larger and pore diameter were great. The rougher of the interface region between aggregate was increased, has uneven surface at different depths in the interface region, which can act as a "anchor" role. In particular, it was more significant when pore was large or penetration. Along with the increasing of content of steel slag fine aggregate, compression strength and anti -abrasion strength and the content of steel slag fine aggregate was linear increased. The strengthening effect of steel slag fine aggregate on C20, C50 and C80 concrete were 29.7%, 25.1% and 23.0% when the content of steel slag fine aggregate was 30%, respectively. The strengthening effect of anti-abrasion strength was about 88.6% C50.
