摘要
介绍了一种聚氯乙烯糊树脂的生产新工艺。该工艺采用乳液聚合法生产胶乳A,采用微悬浮聚合法生产胶乳B,再将两种胶乳经掺混、喷雾干燥,制备出粒径呈双峰分布的聚氯乙烯糊树脂,其具有成糊性能优良、糊黏度低、发泡性能好、生产稳定性高、产品指标调整方便等优点。
A novel production process of PVC paste resin was intruduced. In this process, latex A was produced by emulsion polymerization, and latex B was produced by micro-suspension polymerization, then the two latexes were mixed and＇spray dryed to produce PVC paste resin of which partite size distribution showed double peak. The PVC paste resin had the advantages of excellent paste performance, low paste viscosity, good foaming performance, high stability of production, and easy adjustment of product index.
