盐酸脱吸塔气液相输送管道原采用钢衬聚四氟乙烯管道,运行一段时间后出现了内衬聚四氟乙烯撕裂管道腐蚀的问题。分析原因并对其进行优化改进,选择钢衬玻璃作为管道材质,满足了生产要求。

PTFE-lined steel pipes were used originally to convey gas and liquid flowing in and out of hydrochloric acid desorption tower. After a period of operation, the PTFE was torn and the pipe was corroded. The causes was analyzed and optimization was carried out. Glass-lined steel pipe was selected and met the production requirements
