摘要
为促进大学生村官队伍更健康的发展,对100名大学生村官进行调查,对大学生村官工作满意度的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:任职村的重视程度、培训次数、政策的落实程度等因素对大学生村官工作满意度有显著影响。基于此结果提出明确大学生村官的法律地位,完善大学生村官培训机制、评价机制、退出机制等对策建议。
In order to promote the development of college student village officials, the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the job satisfaction for college graduate village officials was carried out based on the survey of 100 college student village officials. The results showed that level of importance ,training times,the degree of implementation of the policy had a significant impact. Then some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward including clear the legal status of college student village officials, improve the training mechanism, evaluation mechanism and exit mechanism and so on.
