摘要
文章利用接触角法对反渗透膜的亲水性进行了深入研究。分析了水滴体积、环境湿度、水温和盐度对反渗透膜亲水性的影响,对反渗透膜亲水性和外部条件的相关性进行了研究和讨论。实验结果表明测试过程中,水滴体积的大小对接触角的检测结果没有明显影响。反渗透膜的亲水性会随着环境湿度、水温以及盐度的增加而增加。基于上述研究结果,对目前的反渗透膜亲水性检测方法提出了改进措施。
In the paper,the hydrophilic property of reverse osmosis membrane was researched by contact angle method. The effect which related to the hydrophilicity of reverse osmosis membrane was analyzed such as water droplet volume,environmental humidity,water temperature and salinity. The size of water droplets in the measurement process has no significant effect on the contact angle which was indicated by experimental results. With the increase of environmental humidity,water temperature and salinity,the hydrophilicity of reverse osmosis membrane increased.Basing on the above research results,the improvement of the current hydrophilic evaluation method for reverse osmosis membrane was proposed.
