摘要
针对聚合釜搅拌电机在运行中低速过载、高低速切换过程中频繁造成定子绕机绝缘击穿接地这一问题,采用更新绕组接线方式及扩容的方案,将原电动机单绕组双出线改为双绕组双出线,功率由240/60 k W提升到280/90 k W。
For the problem of polymerization vessel stirring motor operation overload at low speed,high- low speed switching process resulting in frequent stator winding insulation breakdown grounding,the program was made update winding wiring and expansion,which changed the original motor from single winding double outlet to double winding double outlet,power from 240 /60 k W raised to 280 /90 k W.
