摘要
目的:调查天津市三甲医院护工现状,为护工的规范管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的医院陪护人员工作状况调查表、患者对护工工作状况认识调查表、护理人员对护工工作状况认识调查表,对天津市4家三甲医院的护工、患者(家属)、护理人员3类人群比较,进行整群便利抽样调查,同时对3家医院护理部主任进行深入访谈。结果现阶段医院护工需求量大,但护工整体业务素质和文化水平偏低,且缺乏专门的培训和管理机构。在护工待遇、培训及管理机构的选择上,3类人群比较,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.001)。结论现阶段护工需求量大,但整体上业务素质相对较低,且没有专门的培训和管理机构,导致护患双方矛盾加深,因此应加强护工的培训和管理,提高护工的整体素质。
Objective To investigate the care-workersˊ present situation of third-grade class-A hospitals in Tianjin, and provide references for the care-workersˊ management. Methods The care-workers, patients ( families) , nurses of four third-grade class-A hospital in Tianjin were compared by the self-designed questionnaires about the status of care-workersˊworking condition and the patientsˊ understanding for the status of care-workers and the nursing staffsˊunderstanding for the status of care-workers. A convient cluster sampling was conducted. And the depth-interview was conducted for the directors of nursing department from three hospitals. Results At present, there is a great need of care-workers in hospital, but the overall professional quality and education level of care-workers are low, and there is a lack of specialized training and management institutions, the three groups were compared and the differences were statis-tically significant (P〈0. 001) . Conclusions At present, there is a great need of cares, but the overall professional quality and education level of care-workers are low, and there is a lack of specialized training and management institu-tions, which deepened the contradiction between nurses and patients. The training and management of care-workers should be strengthened to improve the overall quality of care-workers.
