在油田进行地面基础设施建设时,对其存在的风险进行管理是一项非常复杂的操作过程,同时它还是油田的基础建设工程中重要的一环,其作用是在油田的地面建设完成后,对工程的质量加以保障,并且在油田的正常方面发挥出重要的作用。笔者就施工的基础建设项目存在的风险的特点来进行探究,就如何把油田的地面基础设施的建设风险降到最低,提出了一些措施,希望有助于油田地面的基础设施施工项目能够进行有效风险管理。
