摘要
文昌油田WC13-1/2目前处于中高含水开采期,现用缓蚀剂已无法适应油田产液量、油田综合含水、海底输油管线压力、温度、流速的变化;因此,对在用缓蚀剂进行针对性的优化势在必行。本文针对文昌油田油水性质及现场工况条件,开展静态、动态腐蚀评价实验,优化筛选出了适用于现场的缓蚀剂,现场实验证明了其具有优良的缓蚀性能;同时,建立了一套系统的层进式的缓蚀剂筛选方法,为海底输油管线的腐蚀防护提供了有力的技术支持。
As Wenchang oilfield WC 13-1/2 is in the high water-cut stage currently, the active inhibitor has been unable to adapt to the change of the oilfield fluid production, the water cut, submarine pipeline pressure, temperature, and flow velocity. Therefore, targeted optimization of active inhibitors is imperative. Based on the property of the oil-water and the working condition in the Wenchang oilfield, this study carried out the static and dynamic corrosion evaluation experiments .The corrosion inhibitors suitable for the worksite was attained and showed excellent corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, a systematic multiple-layer method for selecting inhibitors was established, which provided technical support for undersea pipeline corrosion protection.
