柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法在制备多孔膜中的应用

摘要 柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法在功能材料制备领域中已有极为广泛地研究和应用。在薄膜材料的制备研究中,多以柠檬酸作为金属离子络合剂以合成溶胶液,以此直接制备致密功能薄膜。而利用这种方法直接以溶胶的方式制备多孔薄膜也有所报道。因其流程短,节能降耗,对多孔薄膜的研究和应用具有较大的意义。故此,简要介绍了柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法用于直接制备不同材料多孔膜的研究情况,以资参考。 The Citric Acid Sol-gel Method is researched and applied widely in functional materials preparation. The colloidal solution is often synthesized with citric acid as the complexing agent of metal ions for preparing the densified functional films in the investigation of the films materials. Some researches have been done for preparing directly the porous films with the colloidal solution by the above method. It is of great significance in the research and application of the porous film for its short process, saving energy and reducing pollutant emissions. So, developments are introduced on preparing directly the porous films of various materials with the citric acid sol-gel method for referencing.
