摘要 血管生成参与机体重要的生理和病理过程。其依赖于血管生成刺激因子和抑制因子之间的平衡。血管生成抑制因子(Vasohihin-1)是人们新近发现的一种由血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)诱导产生的内皮源性分泌蛋白,以负反馈为作用机制抑制血管生成。研究发现Vasohibin-1参与多种病理生理过程,比如多种肿瘤、视网膜疾病、糖尿病。肾病、纤维化等异常血管新生疾病的发生发展,且具有抗淋巴管新生及抗淋巴结转移活性。进一步研究Vasohibin-1的作用可能为防治肿瘤生长、转移以及改善纤维化提供新的治疗思路。 Angiogenesis participates in the important physiological and pathological process of the body. Angiogenesis is regulated by the local balance between angiogenesis stimulators and inhibitors. Vasohibin-1 (VASH1) is a novel regulator of angiogenesis, which is a kind of endothelial derived secreted protein induced by vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). It is involved in the process of various pathophysiology process, such as tumors, retinal disease, diabetic nephropathy, fibrosis and other diseases. Furthermore,Vasohibin-lexhibits a broad-spectrum anti-lymphangiogenic activity and suppresses lymph node metastasis. Further studies are still needed on the Vasohibin-l's potential function may provide new strategies for the prevention and treatment of tumor growth, metastasis and fibrosis.
