介入手术室护士胜任特征评价体系的构建

Study on the construction of competency evaluation system for interventional radiology nurses

目的通过科学研究方法,构建介入手术室护士胜任特征评价体系。方法通过系统文献分析初拟介入手术室护士胜任特征评价体系,并通过两轮专家咨询修改形成正式介入手术室护士胜任特征评价体系。结果最终构建包含7个维度43项胜任特征指标的介入手术室护士胜任特征评价体系。结论介入手术室护士胜任特征评价体系专家认可度高,具有良好的科学性和可靠性,可为介入手术室护士的准入、工作实践、培训等提供参考依据,推动介入护理良好发展。

Objective To formulate a competency evaluation system for interventional radiology nurses. Methods The competency evaluation system for interventional radiology nurses was established by literature analysis preliminary and then two - round Delphi method was used to modify the structure and content of the competency evaluation system. Results The competency evaluation system for interventional radiology nurses was composed by seven dimensions and 43 competency indexes. Conclusion The competency evaluation system for interventional radiology nurses is valid, scientific and reliable,which can provide reference basis for the admittance,working practices and training of interventional radiology nurses and promote the development of interventional radiology nursing.
