永久性肠造口患者生活质量现状研究

Research on quality of life and related factors in patients with permanent colostomy

目的调查永久性肠造口患者的生活质量现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法对保留永久性结肠及回肠造口的71例患者应用造口患者生活质量量表进行问卷调查。结果患者生活质量评分为(47.23±17.02)分,不同年龄、是否自行造口护理患者的生活质量评分差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论永久性肠造口患者的生活质量总体偏低,护士应该关注该人群的生活质量现状,寻求最佳的护理方法。

Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients with permanent colostomy, and to analyze the relevant factors. Methods Totally,71 patients with permanent colostomy were selected to measure their quality of life with Stoma - Quality of Life （ Stoma - QOL）. Results The average score of quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy was （47.23±17.02）. People with different ages and caring calostomy by itself or not showed different quality of life （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patients with permanent colostomy have a low quality of life, nurses should concern about them and find optimal nursing measures for them.
