摘要
目的探讨对脑肿瘤患者实施围手术期系统化护理管理的效果。方法对130例脑肿瘤患者实施系统化护理管理,包括对患者进行综合护理评估,制订针对性护理方案,于手术准备期、手术前、手术后、出院前实施围手术期系统化护理干预。结果患者对护理服务满意度提高(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论系统的脑肿瘤围手术期护理管理有助于改善脑肿瘤手术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进其早日康复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative systematic nursing management among patients with brain tumor. Methods Totally, 130 patients with brain tumor received general systematic nursing management including general nursing assessment, targeted nursing measures, perioperative systematic nursing interventions during preparation, before and after operation, and before discharge. Results Patient satisfaction increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the scores of anxiety and depression decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The systematic nursing perioperative nursing management can relieve anxiety, depression of patients with brain tumor surgery,which is beneficial for patients＇early recovery.
