摘要
为使磨损的设备零部件快速恢复使用性能,降低设备维修成本,提高设备零部件的循环利用率,根据港口起重机零部件的材质、使用环境要求、载荷要求和磨损程度等因素,将高分子复合材料应用于门座式起重机电机、减速器、滑轮、行走轮和制动轮等部位的磨损修复,通过制定详细修复流程及工艺,实现港口设备的快速修复及设备的再制造。
In order to restore the performance of the wearing equipment parts, reduce the equipment maintenance cost and enhance the cyclic utilization rate of the equipment parts, the polymer composite materials are used to repair the motor, the reducer, the pulley, the road wheel and the braking wheel in portal cranes according to the materials, using environment, load requirements, attrition rate and other factors of the port crane parts. The detailed repair processes and crafts are made to accomplish the rapid repair and remanufacturing of the port equipment.
