摘要
在我国经济发展进入新常态背景下,探讨唐山港曹妃甸港区转型升级发展的思路。分析战略机遇、产业环境、港口行业环境等,提出曹妃甸港区应抢抓国家战略机遇,通过加强顶层设计、实施港产联动战略、拓展服务功能、调整优化货种结构、完善基础设施建设和实施西北战略等,推动港口发展,从中转大港向国际一流综合贸易枢纽港转型升级。
On the background of China＇s economy entering into a new normal period, the ideas of the transformation and upgrading development of Caofeidian District of Tangshan Port are discussed. The strategic opportunity, industrial environment and port industry environment are analyzed. The measures for the development of Caofeidian District of Tangshan Port from transit port to world-class comprehensive trade hub port are carried out, such as seizing the national strategic opportunities, strengthening top-level design, implementing port-industry joint interaction strategy, expanding the service functions, adjusting and optimizing the cargo structure, improving the infrastructure and carrying out the Northwest strategy.
