摘要
借鉴欧美成熟邮船市场船票销售管理模式经验,分析国内邮船包船模式存在的优劣势。通过厘清邮船公司、旅行社、旅客三者之间的法律关系,阐明推行邮船船票销售管理的必要性及现实意义,从市场制约、渠道整合、政府监管等方面对促进邮船行业销售管理规范化操作提出建议。
The advantages and disadvantages of the domestic cruise charter pattern are analyzed from the angle of the US and EU cruise market ticket sales management experiences. The legal relationship among the cruise lines, travel agencies and passengers are clarified to illustrate the necessity and significance of the implementation of cruise ticket sales management. Some advices on market constraints, channel integration and government regulations are presented to improve the standardized operation of the cruise industry sales management.
