武警部队智能监控系统的设计与实现

摘要 营区监控是图像分析理解的一个重要研究内容和应用方向。本文立足武警机动部队信息化建设现状,针对当前营区视频监控系统设备老化,智能性不足,升级改造难以跟上部队形势变化需要的现状,提出一种基于现有设备进行低成本升级后,实现基于单摄像头全景图拼接监控系统,该系统能够进行运动目标检测和跟踪、并根据预设条件进行自动报警。
