摘要
试验采用原子吸收光谱法测定韭菜、韭黄中的金属元素。采用微波消解法处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱仪分别测定贵州安顺韭菜和韭黄中含有的K,Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn和Mn六种营养元素和污染元素Pb,Cd和Cr。结果表明,韭菜中的六种营养元素含量普遍高于韭黄,试验所测韭菜、韭黄中的污染元素含量都未超过国家规定标准。且该方法精密度高,各元素的线性方程相关系数均在0.999以上,方法检出限范围在0.002 059-0.073 45 mg/L,相对标准偏差在0.35%-1.79%之间,回收率为97.3%-102.5%。通过试验测定的结果可为韭菜、韭黄的应用研究提供基础。
The article presents a fast method to determine metal elements of leek and chives in by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The elements of K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cd and Cr in leek and chives have been tested aider the experiment samples are treated by microwave digestion method. As the experimental results, the content of six nutrient elements in leeks is higher than their in chives. The pollution element content is not more than the national standard. The method is precise, and the correlation coefficient of the linear equation of each element is above 0.999. The detection limit is 0.002 059-0.073 45 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is 0.35%-1.79%. The recovery is 97.3%-102.5%. The results provides basic data for the application of the leek and chives in human life.
