摘要
测定昆仑雪菊中的矿物质元素含量。采用微波消解法对昆仑雪菊样品进行前处理,原子吸收光谱法测定昆仑雪菊中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn等8种矿物质元素的含量,并进行加标回收率试验和精密度试验。样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.870%-5.331%,各元素的加标回收率在87.5%-106.7%之间。结果表明,昆仑雪菊含有丰富的对人体有益的矿物质元素,且含量顺序为:K〉Fe〉Na〉Zn〉Ca〉Mn〉Mg〉Cu。所得数据为昆仑雪菊的进一步研究可开发利用提供科学依据。
To measure mineral content of Kunlun chrysanthemum, using microwave digestion atomic absorption method to pretreatment the sample, 8 kind of mineral was tested by atomic absorption for K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, and made standard recovery and precision experiment. RSD of sample results was 0.870%-5.331%, and standard recovery of element was 87.7%-106.7%. The results showed the mineral content of Kunlun Chrysanthemum was beneficial to human, and content ranked K〉Fe〉Na〉Zn〉Ca〉Mn〉Mg〉Cu. All data provided scientific basis for Kunltm chrysanthemum research.
