Similar and Different Between Sensitized Acupoint and Trigger Point

目的:通过查阅敏化穴与激痛点的相关文献,探索两者之间的异同点,为鉴别两者提供依据。方法:从理论溯源、概念、类型、发生机制、临床应用等多方面对比了敏化穴与激痛点,探讨二者差异。结果:经讨论分析发现,敏化穴与激痛点本质上的区别在于前者的病性与证性。结论:基于讨论结果,尚不能说激痛点是传统腧穴理论的重新发现,二者差异较大,是两个不同的理论体系。

Objective： Through searching the literatures of sensitized acupoint and trigger point,to explore the similarities and differences between them,providing the differential basis. Methods： We tried to identify the differences between sensitized acupoint and trigger piont from the sources,concepts,types,mechanism and clinical application. Results： Through discussion,the essential difference between sensitized acupoint and trigger point was acupoint nature of disease and syndrome. Conclusion：The discussion results indicate that there is a big difference between sensitized acupoint and trigger point. They are belong to different theoretical system.
