熟地党参汤对老年初发性白内障术后优势眼视功能的影响

Effects of Shudi Dangshen Decoction on Visual Function of the Dominant Eye of Senile Patients with Primary Cataract after Operation

目的：观察熟地党参汤对老年初发性白内障患者术后优势眼视功能和生存质量的影响。方法：选择我院2013年3月~2015年10月期间收治95例老年白内障患者,分为观察组（n=48）与对照组（n=47）。对照组术后采取单纯西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合熟地党参汤,比较两组治疗前后优势眼分布情况、裸眼视力及最佳矫正视力、治疗前后生存质量（用视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表（SQOL-DV1）评价）。结果：两组治疗前后优势眼均以右眼为主,组间差异P〉0.05。治疗前两组裸眼视力及最佳矫正视力的差异P〉0.05,治疗后观察组裸眼视力均高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,最佳矫正视力则低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均P〈0.05。治疗前两组各项生存质量评分及泪液抗氧化指标的差异均P〉0.05,治疗后观察组各项生存质量评分与TAC、SOD、CAT等泪液抗氧化指标均高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异P〈0.05。结论：熟地党参汤在老年初发性白内障患者术后的应用可更大幅度恢复优势眼视功能并提高生存质量,积极作用明显。

Objective： To explore the effects of Shudi Dangshen Decoction on visual function of the dominant eye and quality of life of senile patients with primary cataract after operation. Methods： 95 senile patients with cataract who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2015 were studied and divided into observation group（ n = 48） and controlled group（ n = 47）.The controlled group were treated with simple western medicine while the observation group were treated with Shudi Dangshen Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. Distribution of the dominant eye,naked vision,the best corrected visual acuity and quality of life（ evaluated by the quality of life scale which measures the quality of life for Chinese patients with visual impairment,SQOL-DV1） in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： Before and after treatment in the two groups,the dominant eyes mainly were the right eyes. The difference between groups was not significant（ P〈0. 05）. The differences in naked vision and the best corrected visual acuity of the two groups before treatment were not significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the naked vision of the observation group was higher than that before treatment and that of the controlled group after treatment while the best corrected visual acuity was lower than that before treatment and that of the controlled group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The differences in quality of life scores and tear antioxidant indexes between the two groups before treatment were not significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the quality of life scores and TAC,SOD,CAT and other tear antioxidant indexes in the observation group were higher than those before treatment and those in the controlled group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of Shudi Dangshen Decoction in senile patients with primary cataract after operation can recover the visual function of the dominant eye more greatly and improve the quality of life. The positive effect is obvious.
