中西医结合治疗老年女性高血压病30例临床研究

Clinical Study of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Elder Female Hypertension

目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年女性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:老年女性高血压病60例随机分为治疗组30例,益肾清肝饮结合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,对照组30例,苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察两组治疗前、后收缩压、舒张压、心率的变化。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状、减慢心率、降低舒张压方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药益肾清肝饮结合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年女性高血压病具有较为满意的临床疗效。

Objective： Observing the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elder female hypertension. Methods： 60 elderly hypertension female patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the matched group,two groups of patients were given western medicine as conventional treatment,based on this the treatment group was orally given Chinese herbology particles,treatment course was four weeks,comparing the clinical symptoms before and after treatment and blood pressure changes. Results： Clinical symptoms,heart rate and blood pressure control of the treatment group were better than the matched group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Distinct curative effect can be afforded of using Yishen Qinggan Drink combined with western medicine to treat the old female high blood pressure.
