中药竹医2号治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效观察

Controlled Clinical Trial of Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhuyi No.2 in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer

本研究将175例十二指肠溃疡(DU)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用"中药竹医2号"治疗,对照组用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、枸橼酸铋钾胶囊治疗,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性加服阿莫西林胶囊,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床总疗效和胃镜疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组Hp根除率高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者不良反应为22.4%,治疗组无不良反应;治疗组溃疡复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"中药竹医2号"对十二指肠溃疡疗效肯定,无不良反应和毒副反应,复发率低,是治疗十二指肠溃疡较为理想的治疗方案。

Objective： Analyzing the effect of using TCM Zhuyi No. 2in the treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods：175patients of this study were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,the treatment group was treated with TCM ZHuyi No. 2,the controlled group was treated with omeprazole enteric capsules,bismuth potassium citrate capsules treatment,positive helicobacter pylori（ Hp） and amoxicillin capsules,clinical curative effect was observed between the two groups. Results：The total clinical curative effect of the treatment group and gastroscope curative effect was higher than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P0. 05）; Hp eradicate rate of the two groups had no statistical significance（ P0. 05）; adverse reactions of the controlled group was 22. 4%,the treatment group has no adverse reactions; ulcer recurrence rate of the treatment group was obviously lower than the controlled group,it had statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has obvious curative effect of using TCM Zhiyi No. 2in the treatment of duodenal ulcer. There are no adverse reactions and side effects and low recurrence rate. It is the ideal solution for the treatment of duodenal ulcer.
