自拟养血润燥汤合耳穴治疗产后便秘临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Yangxue Runzao Decoction Combined with Auricular in Treating Postpartum Constipation

目的:观察养血润燥汤合耳穴治疗产后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将确诊病例随机分为两组,治疗组32例采用自拟养血润燥汤内服并贴压耳穴,对照组32例采用麻仁丸治疗,两组均10天为1疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.63%,对照组81.25%,两组比较治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血润燥汤合耳穴治疗产后便秘疗效满意。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect with Yangxue Runzao Decoction combined with auricular on treating postpartum constipation. Methods： 64 patients with postpartum constipation were divided into two groups at random,treatment group（ including 32 patients treated by Yangxue Runzao Decoction combined with auricular）,controlled group（ including32 patients treated by Fructus Cannabis Bolus）. Each group took ten days as one course of treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group and the controlled group was 90. 63%,81. 25% respectively,the treatment group was obviously superior to the controlled group in comparison. Conclusion： Yangxue Runzao Decoction combined with auricular can obviously improve the clinical curative effect of postpartum constipation.
