活血散消银汤治疗银屑病疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Huoxue Powder Xiaoyin Decoction in the Treatment of Psoriasis

目的：观察活血散消银汤治疗银屑病患者的疗效,并探讨其与血瘀证的相关性。方法：从2013年6月~2014年6月我科收治的银屑病患者中随机选取100例作为研究对象。其中血瘀证重度患者50例（观察组）,血瘀证中轻度患者50例（对照组）。两组均采用活血散消银汤进行治疗。结果：治疗前观察组瘙痒、红斑丘疹、皮肤面积、鳞屑显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。两组治疗后血浆粘度、全血粘度低切值、全血粘度高切值及红细胞压积指标均有所降低,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。观察组疗效为优者占比46.00%,优良率为70.00%,均显著低于对照组的70.00%,90.00%,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：银屑病患者疾病治疗效果与血瘀证分值呈负相关,临床上需注重对血瘀证的预防及治疗,从而改善预后。

Objective： To explore the treatment effect of using Huoxue Powder Xiaoyin Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods： From June 2013 to June 2014,100 cases of I psoriatic patients randomly selected as the research object,50 cases of severe patients with blood stasis syndrome（ observation group） and 50 cases of blood stasis syndrome in patients with mild（ controlled group）. Two groups all used Huoxue Powder Xiaoyin Decoction for treatment. Observed the change of blood rheology in two groups？ before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results： The itch,erythematous papules,the skin area,scales of the treatment group before treatment was significantly higher than the controlled group were statistically significant differences（ all P〈0. 05）. Plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity value,whole blood high shear viscosity and red blood cells deposited indicators of the treatment group before treatment were higher than the controlled group. The controlled group after treatment was significantly lower than the observation group were statistically significant differences（ all P〈0. 05）. The curative effect of the observation group for instituting accounted for 46. 00%,70. 00%,were significantly lower than the controlled group for 70. 00%,90. 00% were statistically significant differences（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of patients with psoriasis disease is negatively correlated with score of blood stasis syndrome,clinical need to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of blood stasis syndrome,so as to improving？ the prognosis.
