针灸远端取穴在骨折辅助治疗中的应用观察

Utilization Review of Using Distal Acupoints in Adjuvant Therapy of Bone Fracture

目的:观察分析骨折辅助治疗中应用中医理论:上病下治、左病右治,采取针灸远端取穴疗法的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年1月至2015年6月期间收治的184例骨折患者,根据治疗方法分为:对照组(n=92)、研究组(n=92)。对照组患者给予常规骨折治疗,在此基础上,研究组患者给予针灸远端取穴疗法以辅助治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组患者的治疗总有效率是82.6%,研究组患者的治疗总有效率是95.6%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨折患者实施针灸远端取穴辅助治疗的临床效果优于对照组,能够进一步减轻患者的痛苦,促进骨折愈合及功能康复,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe and analyze the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of fracture： the disease in the upper body can be treated in the lower part of the body; the disease in the left part of the body can be treated in the right part of the body; the aim was to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy of distal acupoints. Methods： We chose184 fracture cases that the patients had been treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015. The patients were divided into controlled group（ n = 92） and study group（ n = 92）. The controlled group was given routine treatment of fracture,on the basis of this,the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the adjuvant treatment of distal acupoints. We observed the clinical curative effect which was compared between the two groups. Results： The total efficiency in the controlled group was 82. 6%,the total efficiency in the study group was 95. 6%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the study group is better than that of the controlled group. The treatment of distal acupoints can further reduce the pain of patients,promote fracture healing and functional rehabilitation. It is worthy of clinical application.
