摘要
北沟污水处理厂二期工程设计规模为1.0×10~4m^3/d,其进水中70%为印染、染料中间体及化工废水。设计采用以预处理+PAC多模式A^2/O+深度处理为主体的工艺。从2015年1月一12月的运行数据来看,该工艺处理效果较好,运行稳定,实际出水水质优于设计值(一级A排放标准)。详细介绍了各单元的设计参数,并通过对运行数据进行分析,总结了设计、运行经验。
The design capacity of the second-stage project in Beigou STP was 1.0 × 104 m3/d, in which the printing and dyeing wastewater, dye intermediate wastewater and chemical wastewater accoun- ted for 70%. The combined process of pretreatment, PAC multi-mode A2/O and advanced treatment was used as the main process. The operation results from January to December 2015 showed that the com- bined process had good treatment effect and stable operation. The actual effluent quantity was better than that in the design (the first level A criteria in the national wastewater discharge standard). The design parameters of each unit were introduced, the operation data were analyzed, and the experience in design and operation was summarized.
