七格污水厂三期提标改造工程附属设备间基坑围护设计

Design of Foundation Pit of Attached Equipment House in Phase III Reconstruction Project of Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant

摘要 TRD工法是在水泥连续墙内插入H型钢的一种基坑围护施工方法,具有施工周期短、工程造价低、抗渗能力强、材料可重复利用、对环境影响小等优点,在深基坑围护中具备较大的技术经济优势。杭州七格污水处理厂三期提标改造工程附属设备间基坑围护设计采用渠式切割水泥土连续墙工艺,该工艺适用于人工填土、黏性土、淤泥和淤泥质土、粉土、砂土、碎石土等地层,对于复杂地质条件,应通过试验确定其适用性。详细介绍了其设计计算方法。 The trench cutting remixing deep (TRD) wall method is a construction method which inserts H-beam into cement consecutive walls in foundation pit. The advantages of the method are as fol- lows, short construction period, low construction cost, strong impermeability, reusable materials, little impact on the environment and so on. It has great technical and economic advantages in deep foundation. The TRD wall method was used in design of foundation pit of attached equipment house in phase Ⅲ re- construction project of Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant. The method is suitable for artificial filled soil, clay, silt, silt soil, sand, gravel soil and other formations. For the complex geological conditions, its applicability should be determined by tests. The design and calculation methods were described.
