滤膜法和酶底物法检验城市供水中肠球菌的方法比较 被引量:3

Comparison between Membrane Filter Technique and Enzyme Substrate Technique for Enterococci Detection in Urban Water Supply

摘要 对用于检验饮用水中肠球菌的滤膜法和酶底物法进行了系统研究,重点考察比较了两个方法的检验周期、检验成本、结果差异性,结果显示酶底物法检验成本略高于滤膜法,但在检验周期以及结果的准确性和灵敏性方面较滤膜法有显著优势。 The membrane filter technique and drinking water were systematically studied. Detection enzyme substrate technique to detect enterococci in periods, detection costs and difference of the results were mainly investigated between the two techniques. The results showed that the detection cost of en- zyme substrate technique was slightly higher than that of membrane filter technique, but it had remarka- ble advantages in the detection period, accuracy and sensitivity of the results compared with membrane filter technique.
