HPLC法测定脑塞通蜜丸中毛蕊花糖苷的含量

Content Determination of Verbascoside in Naosaitong Honeyed Pill by HPLC

目的：建立脑塞通蜜丸中毛蕊花糖苷含量测定的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Zorbax ODX,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（16∶84,V/V）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为334 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果：毛蕊花糖苷检测进样量线性范围为0.200～1.000μg（r=0.999 8）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈1%;加样回收率为95.16%～99.78%,RSD=1.80（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、结果准确,适用于脑塞通蜜丸中毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of verbascoside in Naosaitong honeyed pill.METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of Zorbax ODX with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（16∶84,V/V）at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 334 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS：The linear range of verbascoside was 0.200-1.000 μg（r=0.999 8）;RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 1%;recovery was 95.16%-99.78%（RSD=1.80,n=6）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple and accurate,and suitable for the content determination of verbascoside in Naosaitong honeyed pill.
