摘要 在全面建设宜居城市与智慧城市的背景下,通过对现有宜居理论及实践的梳理,文章提出了城市宜居动态指数的概念,以及其因时而异、因地而异的特点,并结合珠海建设国际宜居城市指标体系的案例,提出了单项宜居指数和综合宜居指数的计算方法,最后从政府和市民的角度分析了宜居动态指数的应用前景。 The paper reviews current livable city theories and practice, puts forwards the concept of dynamic livable index concept, and calculation method of single, comprehensive livable indices. Finally the paper analyzes the prospect of dynamic livable index from the perspectives of the government and citizens.
