摘要
从媒介文化理论视角出发来看,文学是参与文化意义建构的重要媒介。而诞生于18世纪下半叶的现代德语小说,尤其是致力于刻画个体内心世界的浪漫小说,则可谓现代个体自我意识觉醒的催化剂。在诺瓦利斯的浪漫小说断片《奥夫特尔丁根》中,小说媒介借用了梦的"图像语言",结合了诺瓦利斯的"浪漫化"的叙事策略,一方面建构了文化意义深远的梦,另一方面也以梦与个体密不可分的关系为基点,诗意地刻画了主人公成为诗人的灵魂发展历程。
From the perspective of media and cultural theory, literature is an impor- tant medium in the construction of cultural meaning. Modern German novels that e- merged in the second half of the 18th century, especially romantic novels that are devot- ed to depicting the inner world, can be regarded as a catalyst for the awakening of mod- ern individuals' self-consciousness. In Novalis's Heinrich yon Ofterdingen, a romantic no- vel, the author borrows the "image language" of dreams and employs the "romanticized" narrative strategy in order to construct the profound cultural meaning of dreams. Based on the inseparable relationship between dreams and individuals, the author poetically depicts the growth of the mind of the protagonist in becoming a poet.
