摘要
水资源可持续利用对于社会主义新农村建设意义重大,针对华北干旱地区农村的地形及气候特点,以河北省某地新农村配套排水系统工程建设为例,系统研究了基于水资源循环利用技术的排水系统,包括污(雨)水收集系统规划设计、强化单元处理工艺设计、污水处理利用系统、雨水收集系统方案等。小关村示范工程建成投入使用后,运行稳定,操作简单,维护成本低,水资源可持续利用率明显提高。改善了当地居民的生活环境,有效缓解了缺水地区水资源短缺现状,环境效益、社会效益显著。
The sustainable utilization of water resources is of great significance to build a new socialist countryside.According to the local geography and climate conditions of the arid area of North China,taking the drainage system construction of the new rural area in Hebei Province as a case,this paper studied the drainage system based on water resource recycling technology,which includes sewage rainwater collection system planning design,strengthening unit processing technology design,sewage treatment and utilization system,rainwater collection system etc.The demonstration projects of Xiaoguan village shows the drainage system has some advantages,such as good treatment effect,simple use,low maintenance cost.The sustainable utilization of water resources and the living environment of local residents is improved,and the shortage of water resources has been effectively alleviated.The social and ecological benefits are obvious.
