摘要
水电机组在实际工作中长时间落入振动区会导致水轮机组寿命减少甚至损坏。目前的电力电量平衡计算大多仅以经济效益为目标,而忽略机组振动区的问题,从而对实际生产造成影响,其经济性亦无法保证。为此,在建立水电机组电力电量平衡模型的基础上,以经济性最优为目标,首先在不考虑振动区的情况下采用变步长搜索算法得到每个机组的初始出力分配;再采用等量替代法调整此初始分配优化得到最终运行策略。实例仿真分析表明,经等量替代法优化得到的水电机组优化运行方案,可保证每个机组在最优经济性运行的前提下完全避开振动区工作,具有极高的实际应用价值,可为类似工程提供参考。
Long-time operation in vibration areas will damage the hydroelectric generating set as well as reduce its life.At present power balance study sometimes only focus on economic benefits but ignore the vibration problem,which leads to a bad influence in practical work.As a consequence,the economic benefits can not be guaranteed.Based on the establishment of hydropower unit electric power and energy balance model,taking optimal economy as the goal and without considering the vibration region,variable step searching algorithm was used to get the initial output distribution of each unit.Then the initial output distribution was adjusted with equivalent replacement method for determining the final operation strategy.The simulation analysis shows that the optimal operation of hydropower plant can be ensured and hydroelectric generating set can also avoid vibration region,which has high practical value.Thus,it can provide reference for similar projects.
