Production statistical analysis and market prospect estimate of concrete admixture in China

中国建筑材料联合会混凝土外加剂分会每2年开展1次全国范围的混凝土外加剂生产情况大调查,其目的是掌握行业发展动态,为制定行业发展政策提供准确依据。调查数据表明,2015年混凝土外加剂行业发展的亮点是:总产量持续增加,聚羧酸系减水剂产量增加明显,占合成减水剂总量的73%,其应用范围也扩大到全国范围;外加剂行业企业在寻求规模化发展,并积极拓展海外市场;混凝土外加剂系列新标准将支持液体无碱速凝剂的生产和应用。展望未来10年,城市地下管廊建设、海绵城市建设和"一带一路"政策将给外加剂行业带来新的发展机遇。

In order to grasp the latest developments in the concrete admixture industry and provide a valid basis for the formulation of industry development policy, a nationwide production survey has been carried out by the Concrete Admixture Branch of China Building Materials Federation every two years in the past years. The production survey data show the centrepiece of concrete admixture industry ＇in 2015 in China include in three topics：the total output of concrete admixtures has been increasing in recent years,among which the polycarboxylate superplasticizer increase significantly, accounting for 73% of the total amount of all synthe- sized water reducing agent and being widely used on a nationwide scale：Concrete admixture companies have been seeking for large-scale development and actively developing the overseas markets~ A series of new standards of concrete admixture will promote the production and application of the liquid alkali free accelerator. The construction of urban underground common trench,the sponge city construction and the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ policy will bring new opportunities for the development of concrete admixtures industry in the next decade.
