摘要
采用异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、稀释剂、泡沫稳定剂和催化剂等原材料,开发了一种遇水发泡型弹性聚氨酯树脂灌浆材料,考察了—NCO含量、聚醚多元醇配比、催化剂用量对灌浆材料性能的影响。结果表明,—NCO含量为13.5%,聚醚多元醇MN-500与DL-1000D的质量比为1∶1,催化剂用量为0.6%时,灌浆材料的各项性能较好,取得了良好的堵漏效果。
A water-foaming elastic polyurethane resin grouting material was prepared by isocyanate, polyether polyol,d!luent, foam stabilizer and catalyst,etc. The effects of -NCO content,the ratio of polyether polyol and the amount of catalyst on the properties were investigated. Results showed that the performance of the materials was good when the content of -NCO was 13.5%,the ratio of MN-500 to DL-1000D was 1:1,and the amount of catalyst was 0.6%. Achieved good effect of anti leakage.
