摘要
以竹材酚醇液化树脂为封端物,膨胀珍珠岩/石蜡复合相变材料为基材,制备复合相变材料,确定了竹材酚醇液化树脂最佳添加量,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、DSC和TG分析等技术表征复合相变材料性能。结果表明:竹材酚醇液化树脂作为膨胀珍珠岩/石蜡复合相变材料的封端物,可以改善复合相变材料的热稳定性,当竹材酚醇液化树脂添加量为40%时,复合相变材料的热稳定性好,相变峰值温度为47.1℃,相变热焓为99.17 J/g,热耐久性得到明显的改善。
The composite phase change material was prepared by using liquefied bamboo in phenol and polyethylene glycol (abhreviation:LB-PPG) as sealing material and paraffin/expanded pedite as base material. The optimum of dosage on the properties of the composite phase change material were investigated, and the material was characterized by means of SEM,FTIR, DSC and TG. The results showed that LB-PPG as sealing material of paraffin/expanded perlite composite phase change can improve the thermal stability of composite phase change materials,when the LB-PPG content was 40%,the thermal stability of composite phase change materials can achieve stability,the peak phase transition temperature is 47.1℃,phase change heat enthalpy is 99.17 J/g, thermal durability are improved obviously.
