基于大连市初中语文学科教育教学情况调研结果,语文学科研训工作应加强教师教学素养,继续开展主题化、系列化教研活动,完善教师培训,加强校本研修的指导。

The report investigates Chinese education and its teaching in junior high schools in Dalian and it draws the conclusions that teachers＇ teaching ability should be improved,serialized and theme-oriented teaching research and training should be performed,teachers＇ training should be perfected,and school-based research and study should be strengthened.
