全日制工程专业学位研究生培养难题与对策 被引量:12

摘要 虽然全日制专业学位研究生的培养已经推行多年,但是实际操作环节仍然存在诸多的实际困难,影响了专业学位研究生的培养质量。文章详细分析了当前全日制专业学位研究生培养面临的主要难题,指出了校企联合实践基地和双导师制运行困难的关键因素,同时由此引起的实践环节管理和培养模式建设面临的困难。在此基础上,提出了加强立体化校内实践基地建设,提高校内导师工程素质,细化实践教学和学位论文评价规范的难题解决建议。同时分析了校企联合机制中企业方利益诉求,为进一步的实践教学基地改革提供了方向。 Although full-time graduate education of professional degree has been developed for a few years, many obstacles are still blocked in the actual operation process, which prevented the promotion of education level greatly. The major problems of full-time graduate education were analyzed in detail in this paper it also points out key factors that cause difficulty in college-enterprise practice base and dual-tutor mechanism and difficulties in practice management and cultivation mode construction. On this basis,this paper puts forward suggestions on solving difficulties in enhancing in-school practice base construction, improving the engineering quality of in-school tutors and refining evaluation and regulation system of practical teaching and academic dissertation. Meanwhile, this paper also studies the interest demand of enterprises in the school-enterprise cooperative mechanism; which provide inspiration for further reform in practice teaching base.
