地方高校学风建设影响因素的模糊AHP评价研究——以兴义民族师范学院为例

优良的学风是提升高校人才培养质量的保证及高素质人才的价值取向的保障。以兴义民族师范学院为例,探究出影响地方高校学风建设15种因素,归纳为5大类:学校、社会、家庭、教师、学生。利用模糊AHP法计算出各因素的权重,并进行重要性排序,根据评价结果给出地方高校加强学风建设的相关建议。

To form a superior style of study in colleges is the guarantee of improving personnel training quality and the value orientation of high-quality talent. This study, taking Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities as an example, explores 15 kinds of affecting reasons to the construction of the style of study of the local colleges. These reasons can be divided into five categories： school, society, family, teachers and students. This paper works out the weight of all factors through FAHP method, then ranks them in order of importance, finally gives advice on how to enhance style of study for local colleges and universities according to evaluation result.
