对独立学院学生党员持续教育模式的探讨

在我国高校独立学院的党建中,提高学生党员教育质量问题已经成为独立学院党建工作应该首要解决的问题。本研究结合独立学院自身优势,分析持续教育模式对不断加强和开展学生党员教育工作的推进,研究通过简要介绍学生党员持续教育的现状,对独立学院学生党员持续教育形式存在的弊病及成因进行详细分析,并针对问题提出了对策,为独立学院学生党员持续教育工作的创新提供了有针对性的思路。

In the party construction of independent colleges, it is a top priority to improve the education quality of student Party members. Combined with its own advantages of independent colleges, this paper analyses the promotion effect of continuous education mode to strengthen and develop the education of student Party members. Through brief introduction of current situation and detailed analysis of existing problems and its cause in continuous education of student Party members, this paper put forward countermeasures, which provide new idea for innovation in continuous education of student Party members in independent colleges.
