摘要
演讲能力成为新世纪人才的重要考量标准,它既考验学生的思维与创作能力,又考验学生的语言表达能力及心理素质。在多模态环境下,如何将英语演讲嵌入大学英语教学的具体实践中去是文章探讨的重点。教师需要在课堂内、课堂外作出多种努力,为学生英语演讲能力的提高提供各种途径与可能。
Public speaking ability has become one of the most important qualities of new century talents. It is not only a test of thinking and creativity, but also a test of speaking and psychology. In the multimodal environment, this essay mainly discusses how to embed public speaking in college English teaching. It is vital for college teachers to make efforts both inside and outside class, providing all possible ways for students to improve their English public speaking ability.
