丝路经济带应用型本科高校土木工程专业人才培养模式探索与实践

结合丝路经济带自然环境特点和新疆工程学院作为应用型本科高校的办学定位,围绕土木工程专业人才培养模式,针对本专业课程、实验、实训体系建设、师资队伍培养、校际协作和校企合作等方面进行探讨和实践。

Based on the natural environment characteristics of silk-road economic beh, and schooling philosophy as application-oriented universities for Xinjiang Institute of Engineering（XIE）,the personnel training mode and it s practice in civil engineering specialty, such as specialty courses, establishment of experiment, practical raining and teacher staff system, co-operation between XIE and other universities and that between XIE and enterprises, are discussed and presented.
