浅析专业学位研究生教育与多样化创新型培养模式

专业学位是顺应经济建设和社会发展需要大批量的应用型、复合型人才要求的学位类型,是以专业硕士研究生培养为主的一种教育模式。为了进一步了解专业学位研究生教育和不断改革与优化专业学位研究生的人才培养模式,文章就国内外专业学位研究生教育背景、专业学位研究生与学术学位研究生教育特征比较和与其有关的多样化人才培养模式研究进行了简要阐述。

Professional degree is a kind of education model based on professional master education, which is the degree type adapted to needs of large quantities of application type, compound talents during the economic construction and social development. In order to further understanding of the professional degree graduate education and promoting the reform and optimization of the professional degree graduate talents training mode, the educational background, the characteristics comparison of professional degree and academic degree graduate education, and diversified talent training mode at home and abroad has been briefly described.
