摘要
社会工作岗位对高职高专学生英语应用能力的要求越来越高,但学生的英语学习兴趣并没有激发出来。文章以作者在英语教学中的激励措施为例,探索在医学类高职高专院校英语教学中如何有效地运用激励机制,为教师在具体教学实践中如何激发学生的学习动机提出一些切实可行的策略。
Social works have higher and higher demands to college students' English application ability, but the students' interests in learning English is not inspired. The author of this article takes the incentive measures in English teaching as examples to explore how to effectively use incentive measures in English teaching in medical colleges. And the author puts forward some practical measures for teachers to motivate students' interests in English leaning.
